You can have a Fit3D scan if you are pregnant, but unfortunately we don’t recommend the InBody scan for those clients that are pregnant
I’m under 18, can I still get scanned?
You can have an InBody scan if you are under 18 but over 13. Unfortunately we don’t recommend the Fit3D scan for those under 18
What’s the difference between these scans and other scans?
The Fit3D body scan system is very new to New Zealand, and brand new to Hamilton. The Fit3D takes 400 different measurements providing you with an accurate picture of your body. The exact same measurements are taken when scans are repeated so your progress is real! The InBody scan system measures your actual percentage of water, fat, muscle, protein and minerals. This system doesn’t provide an estimate based on your age, gender, height and weight like other systems do
What sort of info will these scans give me?
How do I access my results?
Only the Fit3D results are online at this stage with access available directly to the customer. After the InBody analysis you get a hard copy of your results and the system itself holds the data for later comparison.
How often should I get scanned?
Typically, you should get scanned once you have finished a ‘cycle’ of training / weight loss / exercise program – be that 8 weeks or more does not matter – it’s about the timeframe you want to see changes in your body that you set for yourself.
